Why is Ford considered visionary?

Was able to determine what people wanted before they even knew they wanted it

Was able to align his workers more efficiently than any person before (assembly line) and used the money he saved making his cars less expensive to pay his workers more abundantly

Had an incredible vision, but was realistic enough to know how to transform it to a reality

Was able to adapt to current circumstances

Cared more about his products and workers than his profits
