Students in the 2015 Institute of International Education (IIE) Brazil Scientific Mobility Program (BSMP) came to the most challenging world research program in the world (PBSRG). Performance Based Studies Research Group is the most successful project management, risk management, supply chain optimization and organizational/human resource optimization research in the world [22 years, $16M research funding, 1,700 tests delivering $6.3B of construction and services, 98% customer satisfaction, 6 countries, 31 states in the U.S.]
A totally different paradigm called the Best Value approach is being constantly modified and tested. The BV approach forces students to simplify, accurately observe conditions of reality using natural laws and dominant information and minimize decision making and technical details. In two months these students have learned the Information Measurement Theory (IMT), the Best Value approach and the optimization of the delivery of services. All of these students have added to PBSRG’s academic research and material to further the research program.
