In my opinion the absence of “management” at first glance appears to be ludicrous and absurd. However, when IMT practitioners explain the benefits of operating without a traditional manager, it becomes so clear how inefficient typical businesses and corporations continue to operate. When management does too much of this (talking), subordinates tend to make mistakes, not because they are not capable, but because they were inundated with unnecessary information that will only lead to inefficient processes.
